摘要
在“双碳”目标的战略背景下,深入探讨绿色发展水平与数字化程度双驱动因子对地级市企业招标影响。利用2011—2021年276个地级市的面板数据,采用双固定效应模型进行实证分析,研究发现绿色发展水平和数字化程度显著驱动了招标数量的增加。为规避潜在的内生性问题,采用第二产业增加值作为工具变量,进一步验证绿色发展与数字化对企业招投标活动的驱动作用。通过更换解释与被解释变量再次验证研究结果的稳健性。中介效应分析表明,地方财政一般预算内收入是绿色发展水平推动招标数量的重要机制,而城镇私营和个体从业人员数是数字化程度影响招标的重要通道。区域异质性分析揭示,绿色发展水平对招标数量的正向影响在非长江经济带地区尤为凸显,同时,数字化程度对招标数量的驱动作用在此类地区亦更加显著。
In the strategic context of the"dual-carbon"goal,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the impact of the dual driving factors of green development level and digitalization on enterprise tendering at the prefecture levelUsing panel data from 276 prefecture-level cities(2011 to 2021),this study conducts an empirical analysis by double fixed-effects modelThe results show that green development level and digitalization degree significantly affect the bidding outcome,both of which significantly increase the number of bids in the local areaTo address the potential endogeneity problem,this study selects the second industrial added value as an instrumental variable to further verify the positive role of municipal green development level and digitalization degree in the corporate bidding processFurthermore,by switching the explanatory and explained variables,the significant role is reiteratedThe mediating effect analysis shows that local general budgetary revenues are an important mechanism for increasing the number of bids through green development level in municipalities,while the number of urban private and individual entrepreneurs is an important mechanism for increasing the number of bids through digitalization degreeThe regional heterogeneity analysis shows that the positive effect of regional green development level on the number of bids is significant in non-Yangtze River Economic Belt regions,and the positive effect of regional digitalization degree on the number of bids is also more significant in these regions.
