摘要
提供高质量的幼儿园教育以减缓因家庭社会经济地位影响而产生的早期发展不平等是公平且有质量的学前教育应有的价值追求。以隶属三州地区的2个州3个县的24个班级及496名幼儿为研究对象,运用两年追踪数据建立基于多层线性技术的增值评估模型,结果表明,家庭社会经济地位显著正向预测幼儿数学技能发展水平,幼儿园班级游戏活动质量及教师指导质量显著负向调节家庭社会经济地位与幼儿数学技能发展的关系,但物质环境质量的调节作用不显著。建议积极推动脱贫地区学前教育的优质普惠发展,并综合幼儿自主和教师指导两方面来界定、测量和提升幼儿园班级游戏活动质量,着重改善教师在游戏活动中的指导质量。
The equal and quality kindergarten education should provide high-quality kindergarten education to reduce family SES inequality in early development of young children.This study focused on 496 young children and 24 classrooms in 2 states and 3 counties in San Zhou area as research subjects,and used the two-year longitudinal data to construct value a evaluation model based on multi-layer linear technology.Findings show that family SES has significantly positive prediction of child development of math skills,and quality of kindergarten classroom play activity and teacher guidance have significant negative moderation effects on the link between family SES and child development of math skills.These results imply that it is effective and valid to define,measure and improve quality of kindergarten classroom play activity using standards balancing child autonomy and teacher guidance,and highlight the needs to universalize affordable and high-quality kindergarten in western areas in relative poverty and to improve quality of kindergarten play activity,especially quality of teacher guidance.
