摘要
免费学前教育政策的实施是学前教育领域的标志性事件,实现了以“幼有所育”为轴心的中国传统伦理与现代国家治理中学前教育政策的价值确认与范式跃迁,也构建了以免费学前教育为载体的福利性干预、权利承认与能力培育的协同体系。在“幼吾幼”情感伦理转化为现代国家制度伦理的宏观背景下,免费学前教育需突破经济学与社会学的功能主义视角的局限,回归中国本土思想根基,从认识论、价值论层面夯实哲学基础,并延伸至实践启示,明确其对中国式学前教育现代化的规范含义,为全球学前教育发展贡献中国智慧。
This paper explores the philosophical connotations of“care to young children”in the context of free preschool education.It analyzes the dialectical unity of universality and individuality within the concept,the dual orientation of inclusive coverage and effective empowerment,and the ultimate unity of“human development”from instrumentality to ontology.The study clarifies the normative significance of this concept for the modernization of preschool education with Chinese characteristics.
