摘要
目的探讨动态心电图与常规心电图在冠心病诊断中的效能。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月期间在许昌市第二人民医院接受治疗的冠心病住院患者100例,对所有患者执行了动态心电图和常规心电图检查,以明确诊断结果。结果动态心电图检查在效能上显著超越了常规心电图检查(P<0.05);在诊断满意度方面,动态心电图同样优于常规心电图(P<0.05)。此外,动态心电图在检出心肌缺血、室性心律失常以及室上性心律失常方面,其检出率显著高于常规心电图(P<0.05)。动态心电图在ST-T改变的检出率为30/100(30.00%),Ⅰ°房室传导阻滞的检出率为29/100(29.00%),Ⅱ°Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞的检出率为19/100(19.00%),Ⅱ°Ⅱ型房室传导阻滞的检出率为9/100(9.00%),这些指标均显著高于常规心电图检查(P<0.05)。结论运用动态心电图诊断方式对冠心病检查价值高,可提升诊断效能、诊断满意度以及心肌缺血与心律失常检出率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of holter electrocardiogram and standard electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,among 100 inpatients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in the Second People's Hospital of Xuchang were selected.Holter electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram were performed on all patients to confirm the diagnosis results.Results The efficacy of holter electrocardiography was significantly higher than that of standard electrocardiography(P<0.05).In terms of diagnostic satisfaction,holter electrocardiogram was also superior to standard electrocardiogram(P<0.05).In addition,the detection rate of holter electrocardiogram in myocardial ischemia,ventricular arrhythmia and supraventricular arrhythmia was significantly higher than that of standard electrocardiogram(P<0.05).The detection rate of ST-T change was 30/100(30.00%),the detection rate ofⅠ°atrioventricular block was 29/100(29.00%),the detection rate ofⅡ°typeⅠatrioventricular block was 19/100(6.00%),and the detection rate ofⅡ°typeⅡatrioventricular block was 9/100(9.00%).These indexes were significantly higher than those of standard electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holter electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is of high value,which can improve the diagnostic efficiency,diagnostic satisfaction and the detection rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.
