摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素钙、维生素D联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并不孕症的临床效果。方法回顾性抽取2021年1月至2024年1月鹤壁市人民医院收治的96例PCOS合并不孕症患者,按照治疗方案分为对照组(48例,予以低分子肝素钙、来曲唑治疗)和研究组(48例,予以低分子肝素钙、维生素D、来曲唑治疗)。比较两组临床效果、血清25-羟基维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平、血钙水平、血磷水平、排卵率、临床妊娠率及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率(89.58%,43/48)高于对照组(62.50%,30/48),P<0.05。研究组血清25(OH)D3水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组血钙、血磷水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组临床妊娠率(37.50%,18/48)高于对照组(14.58%,7/48),P<0.05;两组排卵率、不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙、维生素D联合来曲唑治疗PCOS合并不孕症,临床效果理想且安全性高,可有效改善血清25(OH)D3水平,提高临床妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low-molecular-heparin calcium combined with vitamin D and letrozole on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)-related infertility.Methods A total of 96 patients with PCOS-related infertility admitted to the People’s Hospital of Hebi from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into the control group(48 cases,treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and letrozole)and the study group(48 cases,treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium,vitamin D and letrozole)according to the treatment plan.The clinical effect,serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,referred to as 25(OH)D3,serum calcium level,blood phosphorus level,ovulation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(89.58%,43/48)was higher than that of the control group(62.50%,30/48),P<0.05.The serum level of 25(OH)D3 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the levels of serum calcium and phosphorus between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of the study group(37.50%,18/48)was higher than that of the control group(14.58%,7/48),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in ovulation rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Low-molecular-heparin calcium combined with vitamin D and letrozole has ideal effects and high safety in the treatment of PCOS-related infertility.And it can effectively improve the serum level of 25(OH)D3 and promote the clinical pregnancy rate.
