脉冲电磁场综合康复训练改善足踝部骨折患者骨质疏松症的效果研究 被引量:2

Effect of pulsed electromagnetic field comprehensive rehabilitation training on improving patients with osteoporosis after foot and ankle fractures

摘要 目的探讨脉冲电磁场综合康复训练改善足踝部骨折患者骨质疏松症的应用效果。方法选取北京市某三级甲等医院骨科2023年1月至12月110例足踝部骨折后骨质疏松的患者为研究对象,按住院时间分为对照组和观察组,各55例,对照组采用肢体功能康复训练及骨质疏松基础改善用药,观察组在此基础上结合脉冲电磁场疗法改善足踝部骨折患者骨质疏松症,比较两组患者干预后疼痛、日常生活活动能力、骨代谢指标的差异。结果治疗后观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活活动能力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血钙水平高于对照组,血磷、甲状旁腺激素、碱性磷酸酶水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉冲电磁场综合康复训练干预可有效减轻足踝部骨折后骨质疏松症患者疼痛,提升日常生活活动能力,改善骨代谢指标水平,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the effect of pulsed electromagnetic field comprehensive rehabilitation training in improving osteoporosis after foot and ankle fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with osteoporosis after foot and ankle fractures who were admitted to the orthopedics department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the inhospital time,55 cases in each group.The control group received limb function rehabilitation training and basic osteoporosis prevention medication,while the observation group received pulsed electromagnetic field therapy combined with limb function rehabilitation training and basic osteoporosis prevention medication.The differences in pain,daily living ability and bone metabolism indexes between the two groups were compared after intervention.Results After treatment,the pain scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the daily living activities of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and after treatment,the blood calcium level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,and alkaline phosphatase levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pulsed electromagnetic field comprehensive rehabilitation training intervention for osteoporosis after military training-related foot and ankle fractures can effectively relieve pain,improve the ability of daily living activities,and improve the levels of bone metabolism indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
