摘要多囊卵巢综合征（polycysticovarysyndrome，PCOS）是一类复杂的异质性疾病，病因尚不清楚。目前世界范围内PCOS的诊断和治疗标准尚不统一，为此，美国内分泌学会（AES）2013年颁布了PCOS的诊疗指南（以下简称指南），以进一步扩大共识，规范操作。指南以循证医学为基础，用GRADE系统明确了证据质量和推荐强度，评价了不同质量方案的重要结局，从临床医师、患者及政策制定者角度做出了实用的诠释。指南从诊断标准、合并的其他临床问题及治疗策略三个方面提出建议，并详述相关循证依据，本文将逐一解读。
