摘要
虹鳟具有较高的经济和食用价值,是我国重要的优质鱼类品种之一。目前虹鳟的育种技术还存在一定的问题。本文概括总结了虹鳟的生物学特性及育种技术,包括形态特征、生活习性、营养价值、亲鱼培育、人工授精、鱼苗培育等,以期为虹鳟的种质资源保护提供参考。
Rainbow trout is an excellent fish species with fast growth rate and strong anti-stress ability,with a delicate taste,rich in high-quality protein,unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins and other nutrients,and has high nutritional value and economic value.In this paper,the biological characteristics of rainbow trout were summarized from three aspects:morphological characteristics,living habits and nutritional value,and the breeding technology of rainbow trout was introduced from three aspects:broodstock breeding,artificial insemination and fry cultivation,in order to provide a reference for the conservation of rainbow trout germplasm resources.
