摘要
本文报道2006年度绥芬河大麻哈鱼人工繁殖与孵化放流试验。于2005年秋共采捕亲鱼153组,其中雌亲鱼115尾成活,获得蓄养成活率75％。经催产采卵38×104粒,催产率为80％,受精率为74％。稚鱼饲养成活率为91．10％,放流稚鱼25．5×104尾。
The trial results of artificial reproduction and its hatching and releasing into Sullen river were reported in this paper. Which will be provided the important scientific evidences for the great scale releasing salmon into the river. Total 153 pairs of brood stock were captured in 2005, among of them, there were 115 females survived, the harbored survival rate reached to 750//00, and 38×104 eggs were artificially produced, also artificial spawning rate was 80%, with 74% fertilized rate and with 91. 10% survival rate of fry, 25.5×104 fries were released into Suifen river.
