摘要
随着大数据和人工智能等技术的快速发展,高校本科生数字素养已成为其适应未来社会、参与全球竞争的核心竞争力。研究基于全面质量管理理论构建“人员要素、技术支撑、资源整合、方法手段、环境保障”五维分析框架,选取亚太地区6所高校为研究对象,通过多案例比较分析,揭示一流大学本科生数字素养提升路径。研究发现,这6所高校通过制度、课程、技术、环境四维协同,形成了“根系、主干、枝叶、土壤”的有机体系。据此提出高校的优化路径,坚持以政策制度为“根基”夯实保障体系,以核心课程为“主干”构建知识框架,以智能工具为“枝叶”延伸实践维度,以数字环境为“土壤”培育创新生态,通过系统性培育机制提升学生数字化竞争力。
With the rapid development of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,digital literacy of under-graduate students in universities has become a core competence for them to adapt to the future society and participate in global competition.Based on the theory of total quality management,this study constructs a five-dimensional analysis framework of“personnel factors-technical support-resource integration-methods and means-environmental guaran-tee”,selects six top universities in the Asia-Pacific Region as research objects,and reveals the path for improving the digital literacy of undergraduate students in leading universities through multi-case comparative analysis.The research finds that the six top universities form an organic system of“roots-trunk-branches and leaves-soil”through the four-di-mensional synergy of systems,courses,technologies,and environments.Based on this,the study proposes an optimiza-tion path for Chinese universities:taking policy and systems as the“roots”to consolidate the guarantee system,taking core courses as the“trunk”to build a knowledge framework,taking intelligent tools as the“branches and leaves”to ex-tend the practical dimension,and taking the digital environment as the“soil”to cultivate an innovative ecosystem,there-by enhancing students digital competitiveness through a systematic cultivation mechanism.
