摘要
目的:汉化和修订简易营养食欲量表,并检验其在养老机构老年人老年厌食症评估中的信效度。方法:遵循Brislin的翻译模型,利用翻译-回译法对简易营养食欲量表进行汉化。经专家委员会审核并根据预试验结果调整量表,随后采用便利抽样法选取湖南省养老机构的233名老年人进行调查,评估中文版量表的信效度。结果:中文版简易营养食欲量表整体的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.825,各条目的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.5~1.0。探索性因子分析提取2个公因子,累积方差贡献率达72.050%。量表总Cronbach's α系数为0.609,重测信度为0.875。结论:中文版简易营养食欲量表信效度良好,适用于养老机构老年人厌食症的评估。
Objective:To translate and adapt the Simplified Nutritional Appetite Questionnaire(SNAQ)into Chinese and to evaluate its reliability and validity in assessing anorexia among elderly residents in nursing homes.Methods:Following the Brislin translation model,the SNAQ was translated and back⁃translated into Chinese.The questionnaire was then reviewed by an expert committee and adjusted based on feedback from a pilot test.Subsequently,233 elderly residents in nursing homes in Hunan Province were conveniently sampled for a survey to assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Results:The overall content validity index(S⁃CVI)of the Chinese version of the SNAQ was 0.825.And the item⁃level content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.5 to 1.0.Exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 72.050%.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.609.And the test⁃retest reliability was 0.875.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the SNAQ demonstrates good reliability and validity in assessing anorexia among elderly residents in nursing homes.It is suitable for use in this population.
