摘要
目的基于感恩拓延-建构理论构建结直肠癌术后肠造口患者心理护理方案,为结直肠癌术后肠造口患者的心理健康研究提供参考。方法通过文献研究、小组讨论、德尔菲专家函询及预试验最终确定基于感恩拓延-建构理论的结直肠癌术后肠造口患者心理护理方案终稿。结果两轮德尔菲专家函询积极系数均值为96.88%,专家权威系数(Cr)均值为0.89,函询条目重要性和可行性的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.58和0.73(均P<0.001)。最终构建的心理护理方案包含一级条目4个、二级条目11个、三级条目29个。结论基于感恩拓延-建构理论构建的结直肠癌术后肠造口患者心理护理方案具有科学性、可行性,能为临床结直肠癌术后肠造口患者心理护理提供参考。
Objective To establish a psychological nursing program for patients with colostomies after colorectal cancer surgery based on the gratitude extension-construction theory,and to provide a reference for the mental health research of these patients.Methods Through literature research,group discussions,Delphi expert inquiries,and preliminary experiments,the final draft of a psychological nursing plan for postoperative colostomy patients with colorectal cancer based on the theory of gratitude extension-construction was determined.Results The mean positive coefficient of 2 rounds of Delphi expert inquiry was 96.88%,the mean expert authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.89,and the Kendall harmony coefficients for the importance and feasibility of inquiry items were 0.58 and 0.73,respectively(all P<0.001).The final psychological nursing plan includes 4 primary items,11 secondary items,and 29 tertiary items.Conclusion The psychological nursing plan for postoperative colostomy patients with colorectal cancer based on the theory of gratitude extension-construction is scientific and feasible,and can provide a reference for clinical psychological nursing of postoperative colostomy patients with colorectal cancer.
