摘要
目的分析亮丙瑞林联合维生素D3对特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女童性激素及生长发育指标的影响。方法纳入本院收治的ICPP女童共84例(时间为2022年5月-2024年6月),以随机数表法分为两组,即对照组(n=42)、观察组(n=42),对照组接受亮丙瑞林治疗,基于此,观察组联合维生素D3,治疗6个月;于治疗前、后,对比两组子宫、卵巢体积,性激素指标[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)],生长发育指标[预测成年身高(PAH)、骨龄(BA)、生长速率(GV)];并记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组子宫、卵巢体积下降,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH、E2水平均下降,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BA较对照组低,GV、PAH较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论亮丙瑞林联合维生素D3应用于ICPP女童中,可降低性激素水平,缩小子宫/卵巢体积,对改善生长发育指标具有积极意义。
Objective To analyze the effects of leprerelin combined with vitamin D3 on sex hormones and growth and development indexes of girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Methods A total of 84 ICPP girls admitted to our hospital(from May 2022 to June 2024)were included and divided into two groups by random number table method:control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The control group received leprerelin treatment.Based on this,the observation group was treated with vitamin D3 for 6 months.Before and after treatment,uterine/ovarian volume,sex hormone indexes[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)],growth and development indexes[predicting adult height(PAH),bone age(BA),growth rate(GV)]were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results After treatment,the uterine/ovarian volume decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BA in observation group was lower than control group,GV and PAH were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of leuprelin combined with vitamin D3 in ICPP girls can reduce the level of sex hormones,reduce the volume of uterus/ovary,and has positive significance in improving growth and development indicators.
