摘要
目的探讨知柏地黄丸联合曲普瑞林对女童特发性性早熟第二性征、性激素及身高的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于抚州市第二人民医院确诊的100例特发性性早熟女童患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为曲普瑞林组与知柏地黄丸+曲普瑞林组,各50例。比较两组子宫容积值、预测成年身高值、促卵泡生成素(follicular stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗4、8、12个月后,知柏地黄丸+曲普瑞林组子宫容积值均小于曲普瑞林组,预测成年身高值均高于曲普瑞林组,LH、FSH水平均低于曲普瑞林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4、8、12个月后,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论知柏地黄丸+曲普瑞林治疗特发性性早熟女童疗效显著,能明显改善子宫容积、成年预测身高情况,降低性激素指标水平,且临床用药安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with triptorelin on secondary sexual characteristics,sex hormones and height in girls with idiopathic precocious puberty.Methods 100 children with idiopathic precocious puberty diagnosed at the Fuzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the triptorelin group and the Zhibai Dihuang pills+triptorelin group according to the different treatments,with 50 cases in each group.The uterine volume values,adult height,follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4,8 and 12 months of treatment,the uterine volume values in the Zhibo Dihuang pills+triptorelin group were smaller than those in the triptorelin group,the predicted adult height values were higher than those in the triptorelin group,and the levels of LH and FSH were lower than those in the triptorelin group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4,8 and 12 months of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Zhibo Dihuang pills+triptorelin have a remarkable therapeutic effect in the treatment of girls with idiopathic precocious puberty,it can significantly improve uterine volume and predicted adult height,reduce the levels of sex hormone indicators,and has high clinical medication safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
