摘要
为提高加热杯垫附件装配的自动化生产效率,本文以保温杯加热杯垫智能生产线的附件装配站为控制对象,选用西门子S7-1500PLC作为核心控制器,选用ABB工业机器人实现加热杯垫附件自动化装配,同时,通过PROFINET协议实现场设备与PLC控制系统进行数据交换和通信。ABB工业机器人和S7-1500 PLC在加热杯垫附件装配站中实现了高精度装配和生产效率的提高,保证加热杯垫附件的质量和稳定性。大大提高了生产效率,具有很好的市场推广应用价值。
To enhance the automation of heating coaster accessory assembly,this paper focuses on the accessory assembly station within the smart production line for insulation cup heating mats.The S7-1500 PLC is selected as the controller,while an ABB robot is employed to achieve automatic assembly of heating mat accessories.Using the PROFINET protocol,data exchange and communication between the equipment and the PLC control system are implemented.The integration of the ABB robot with the PLC enables high-precision assembly,significantly improving production efficiency at the heating mat accessory assembly station while ensuring the quality and stability of the accessories.This approach greatly enhances both production efficiency and practical application.
