摘要
在全球环保意识日益增强的背景下,传统合成纤维因难以降解造成的环境污染问题凸显。本文系统探讨了可降解合成纤维的定义、分类、性能特点及其在纺织领域的应用现状,重点分析了聚乳酸(PLA)纤维、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)纤维和聚己内酯(PCL)纤维等典型可降解合成纤维的技术特点、产业化挑战及市场需求。研究表明,可降解合成纤维通过生物降解、光降解等方式可有效减少环境污染,但其生产成本高、性能稳定性不足等问题仍制约大规模推广。未来需通过技术创新和政策支持推动可降解纤维的产业化进程,以实现纺织行业的绿色可持续发展。
With the growing global awareness of environmental protection,traditional synthetic fibers face increasing pressure due to their non-biodegradable nature and environmental pollution.This paper systematically reviews the definition,classification,properties,and application status of degradable synthetic fibers in the textile industry,focusing on representative materials such as polylactic acid(PLA),polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA),and polycaprolactone(PCL).The study highlights the technical characteristics,industrial challenges,and market demands of these fibers.Results indicate that degradable synthetic fibers can effectively reduce environmental pollution through biodegradation and photodegradation,but their high production costs and insufficient performance stability remain major barriers to large-scale adoption.Future efforts should focus on technological innovation and policy support to promote the industrialization of degradable fibers,thereby achieving green and sustainable development in the textile sector.
