摘要
探讨了纺制PLA/PET皮芯型POY复合纤维的生产工艺,重点分析了干燥温度、时间、熔体压力及纺丝速度对PLA/PET皮芯型POY复合纤维的影响,结果表明,当PLA组件压力在14 MPa左右,纺丝速度<2 900 m/min,纤维规格为185 dtex/48 f时,纤维截面成形较好,纺丝较为稳定。
The production process of spinning PLA/PET sheath-core POY composite fiber was discussed.The effects of drying temperature and time,melt pressure and spinning speed on PLA/PET sheath-core POY composite fiber were analyzed.The results showed that when the PLA component pressure is about 14 MPa,the spinning speed is less than 2 900 m/min,and the fiber size is 185 dtex/48 f,the cross-section of fiber is well formed and the spinning is relatively stable.
