拒水聚乳酸非织造布的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用有机氟拒水剂和有机硅拒水剂,分别对聚乳酸纺粘非织造布和聚乳酸/天丝水刺非织造布、聚乳酸/粘胶水刺非织造布进行拒水整理,采用正交设计实验方法,以整理剂种类、质量浓度、温度、时间为因子试剂种类和整理工艺对产品性能的影响进行实验研究,通过对整理前后PLA非织造布的拒水等级、接触角、透气率、抗弯刚度、断裂强力等性能进行测试,结果表明:拒水整理能显著改善PLA非织造布的拒水性能,PLA纺粘非织造布的拒水效果好于两种PLA水刺非织造布,同时能够提高非织造布的柔软性,但却导致强力的降低,整理前后三种PLA非织造布的透气性能变化不大. PLA spunbond nonwoven and PLA/Tencel spunlace and PLA/Viscose spunlace were finished with organic fluorine and silicon agents. The agent type, solution concentration, drying temperature and baking time were used as four factors in the orthogonal design, and the finishing process was investigated. After testing water repellent grade,contact angle,air permeability , flexural rigidity and breaking strength of the three PLA nonwovens, the results were got that the organic fluorine and silicon agents can clearly improve water repellency of PLA nonwovens,and especially for treating PLA spunbond. In the same time, the water repellent finishing can increase the PLA nonwoven softness, but may decrease the strength. After and before finishing, there weren't too much change for the air permeability of PLA nonwovens.
