功率型与能量型退役电池性能对比

Comparison of the performance of power-type and energy-type retired battery

摘要 锂离子电池二次利用市场的潜力巨大,对退役电池性能的分析至关重要。对功率型镍钴铝(NCA)和能量型镍钴锰(NCM)电池进行分析,包括差分电压分析(DVA)、混合脉冲功率特性(HPPC)测试和电化学计量数偏移分析等。功率型电池对高倍率电流的老化反应较小,而能量型电池在2 C倍率下老化显著,内阻增加超过30 mΩ。两种电池在循环至80%健康状态(SOH)以下时,未出现加速老化,NCA电池容量衰减速度减缓40%,内阻和电化学计量数偏移未见明显增长。 The market potential for secondary utilization of Li-ion battery is enormous,the analysis of the performance of retired battery is crucial.The power-type nickel-cobalt-aluminum(NCA)and energy-type nickel-cobalt-manganese(NCM)batteries is analyzed,including differential voltage analysis(DVA),hybrid pulse power characteristic(HPPC)test and electrochemical stoichiometric number shift analysis.The power batteries exhibit minimal aging effects under high current multiplication,while the energy batteries show considerable aging at 2 C rate,with internal resistance increasing by over 30 mΩ.No accelerated aging is observed for either battery type when cycled to less than 80%of state of health(SOH).NCA batteries demonstrate a 40%reduction in the rate of capacity decay,with no significant rise in internal resistance or electrochemical stoichiometric number shifts.
