摘要
废旧动力锂离子电池回收利用具有很高的经济、环境和降碳效益。对2025年废旧动力锂离子电池回收利用效益价值进行定量评估。可从废旧动力锂离子电池回收锂、钴、镍、锰共9.63×10^(4)t;规范处理可减少21.45×10^(4)t重金属和3.90×10^(4)t电解液排放;金属回收再生利用,可减少CO_(2)排放40.10×10^(4)t。在巨大的经济社会环境效益面前,动力锂离子电池回收利用产业发展迅猛,但同时存在产处能力布局不平衡、标准技术支撑不足、环境风险隐患突出等问题。针对性地提出补齐区域处理能力短板、完善政策标准体系、加强环境风险防控等对策建议。旨在充分挖掘废旧动力锂离子电池利用价值,促进行业规范发展,实现资源高效循环利用,为达成双碳目标贡献力量。
The recycle of spent power Li-ion battery had high benefits in economy,environment and carbon reduction.The benefit value of spent power Li-ion battery recycling in 2025 had been quantitatively evaluated.96300 t lithium,cobalt,nickel and manganese could be recovered from spent power Li-ion battery;214500 t heavy metals and 39000 t of electrolyte emissions could be reduced with standard treatment;401000 t CO_(2)emissions could be reduced by metal recycling.Under the background of huge benefits in economic,social and environmental,the power Li-ion battery recycling industry had developed rapidly,but at the same time,there were problems such as unbalanced layout of production capacity,insufficient standard technical support and prominent environmental risks.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions,such as making up for the shortcomings of regional processing capacity,improving the policy standard system and strengthening the prevention and control of environmental risk were put forwarded.It aimed to fully tap the utilization value of spent power Li-ion battery,promote the standardized development of the industry,realize the efficient recycling of resources and make contribute for the achievement of dual carbon goals.
