摘要
针对当前矿井通风机应急储能电源充放电方式存在的功能局限和充电耗时长等问题,提出矿井通风机应急储能电源电池组等效模型研究。首先,在常用等效模型基础上,搭建二阶RC等效电路模型,优化矿井通风机应急储能电源电池组充放电管理方式;然后,利用扩展卡尔曼滤波算法(EKF)对电池模型剩余电荷的可用状态进行估计。研究发现,研究所提出的电池模型误差率始终保持在±1%以内,而在静态HPPC工况的电池静置与放电状态下,电池模型仿真电压误差率下降至1.4%。结果表明,提出的矿井通风机应急储能电源电池组等效模型能够较好地模拟实体电池的电气特性,具有较高的精确性,在提高矿井通风机不间断通风的安全性和可靠性方面具有应用价值。
In response to the functional limitations and long charging time issues of the current emergency energy storage power supply charging and discharging methods for mine ventilation fans,a research on the equivalent model of the emergency energy storage power supply battery pack for mine ventilation fans was proposed.Firstly,based on the commonly used equivalent models,a second-order RC equivalent circuit model was constructed to optimize the charging and discharging management method of the emergency energy storage power supply battery pack for mine ventilation fans.Then,the Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)algorithm was used to estimate the available state of the remaining charge in the battery model.As a result,it was found that the error rate of the battery model proposed by the research remained within±1%,while the simulation voltage error rate of the battery model decreased to 1.4%under the static HPPC working conditions of battery static and discharge states.The results indicate that the equivalent model of the emergency energy storage battery pack for mine ventilation fans proposed in the study can simulate the electrical characteristics of physical batteries well,with high accuracy,and has practical value in improving the safety and reliability of uninterrupted ventilation for mine ventilation fans.
