摘要
针对电气卓越工程师培养当前面临的课程质量欠佳(“金课”稀缺)、实践能力薄弱(“金工”匮乏)、专业建设滞后(“金专”不足)以及职业素养欠缺(“精业”不够)等问题,创新性地提出了“三金淬精”四位一体地方院校电气卓越工程师培养模式,阐释了“三金淬精”四位一体的构成要素、特色和实践。通过“金课—金工—金专—精业”的协同创新,解决课程、实践、专业建设以及职业素养等多维度问题,可为电气卓越工程师培养提供借鉴。
To address prevalent challenges in cultivating outstanding electrical engineers-including suboptimal course quality(scarcity of“Golden Courses”),inadequate practical training(shortage of“GoldStandard Workshops”),lagging program development(insufficiency of“Premier Programs”),and deficient professionalism(deficiency in“Professional Refinement”)-this study innovatively proposes the“Three Gold for Refining Excellence”four-in-one cultivation model for outsanding electrical engineers at local universities.It elaborates on the model’s components,distinctive features,and implementation.Through the synergistic innovation of“Golden Courses,GoldStandard Workshops,Premier Programs,and Professional Refinement”,the model resolves multidimensional issues across curricula,practice,program development,and professionalism,offering a valuable reference for cultivating outstanding electrical engineers.
