摘要
培养造就大批卓越工程师需要与现代产业发展相适应的卓越工程师培养模式予以支撑。文章基于高校地方研究院所具有的深度聚集地方产业发展、提供真实的工程实践环境及凸显教育、科技、人才“三位一体”的独特优势,提出了以产业现实需求为导向、凸显跨界协作特征、贴近产业实际且注重稳定长效的院企协同培养卓越工程师模式。同时,采用理论探讨与案例分析相结合的方式,围绕培养目标、培养方向、培养平台、培养载体与保障机制分析了院企协同培养卓越工程师的实践路径,即应以培养实践创新人才为锚点、以地方产业攻坚领域为导向、以融合主体资源优势为核心、以整合工程知识与能力为重点,以及以全方位保证培养实效为基础。
The cultivation of a large number of excellent engineers must be supported by an excellent engineer cultivation model that is compatible with the development of modern industries.Based on the unique advantages of the local research institutes of universities,including their deep integration with regional industrial development,the provision of a real en-gineering practice environment,and the emphasis on the“trinity”of education,science and technology,and talent,this paper has constructed and formed an excellent engineer cultivation mode.This model is guided by the practical needs of industries,highlights the characteristics of cross-border collaboration,aligns closely with industrial realities,and empha-sizes long-term stability and effectiveness.At the same time,by combining theoretical discussion and case study,this paper examines the practical paths for institutes-enterprises collaboration in cultivating excellent engineers.These pathways are analyzed around five key aspects:the cultivation goal,cultivation direction,cultivation platform,cultivation carrier,and guarantee mechanism,i.e.,to cultivate practical and innovative talents as the anchoring point,to take the field of lo-cal industry as the guide,to integrate the advantages of agent resource as the core,to focus on integrating the engineering knowledge and skills as the key point,and to ensure the effectiveness of cultivation as the basis.
