褪黑素与茉莉酸甲酯在西瓜枯萎病防治中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Melatonin and Methyl Jasmonate in Prevention and Control of Watermelon Fusarium Wilt

摘要 以“农科大5号”西瓜栽培种为试材,采用人工接种和连作地胁迫2种枯萎病感染方式,研究了褪黑素、茉莉酸甲酯以及组合施用并结合喷叶、灌根2种处理方式对西瓜幼苗枯萎病抗性的影响和对连作地枯萎病抗性、西瓜产量和品质的影响,以期为大田实践中的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:褪黑素和茉莉酸甲酯最适抗病浓度均为100μmol·L^(-1),病情指数和发病率较清水处理分别降低了69.79、72.92%和64.58、75.00%;在组合处理中,褪黑素和茉莉酸甲酯灌根(GMT+GMeJA)为最优组合,病情指数和发病率较清水处理显著降低了89.04和87.10%;在连作地中,褪黑素、茉莉酸甲酯同样可以提高西瓜枯萎病的抗性,有助于增加西瓜的产量,提高西瓜可溶性蛋白质和有机酸含量。褪黑素和茉莉酸甲酯灌根处理(L-GMT+GMeJA)的增产效果最佳,与对照L-CK相比产量增加了34.02%,单果质量增加了34.25%。 Taking‘Nongkeda No.5’watermelon as the test material,the effects of melatonin,methyl jasmonate and two treatments combined with leaf spraying and root irrigation on the resistance to Fusarium wilt of watermelon seedlings,and the effects on the resistance to Fusarium wilt,yield and quality of watermelon seedlings were studied by using two methods of Fusarium wilt infection methods,artificial inoculation and continuous cropping soil stress,in order to provide a reference for the application in field practice.The results showed that the optimal resistance concentrations of melatonin and methyl jasmonate were both 100μmol·L^(-1),the disease index and incidence rate were 69.79 and 72.92%,and 64.58 and 75.00%were respectively reduced compared with the clean water treatment.In the combination treatment,melatonin and methyl jasmonate root irrigation(GMT+GMeJA)were the optimal combination,and the disease index and incidence were significantly reduced by 89.04 and 87.10%compared with the clean water treatment.Melatonin and methyl jasmonate could also improve the resistance of watermelon wilt,help to increase the yield of watermelon,and increase the content of soluble protein and organic acids in watermelon.Among them,melatonin and methyl jasmonate root irrigation treatment(L-GMT+GMeJA)had the best effect on increasing yield,with a yield increase of 34.02%and a single fruit weight increase of 34.25%compared with the control L-CK.
