摘要 西瓜枯萎病是一种重要的土传和种传真菌病害,给西瓜生产带来了很大的威胁。从西瓜枯萎病菌和枯萎病防治两方面简要论述了西瓜枯萎病病原菌小种分化及鉴定、抗病机理、抗枯萎病分子辅助育种和综合防治的研究进展,并对分子辅助育种前景进行了展望。 Watermelon Fusarium wilt is an important soil-borne and seed-borne fungal disease, which is still a potential threat to watermelon production at present. Advances in differentiation and identification of physiologic race, disease- resistant mechanism, molecular assisted breeding for Fusarium wilt resistance and integrated management of watermelon Fusarium wilt were reviewed. Then, the future for molecular assisted breeding was prospected.
