摘要
文中首先介绍了绿色供应链的内涵及其在物资供应管理中的重要作用,包括落实环保理念、促进供应链协同、推动技术创新和提升企业形象。接着,分析当前煤炭行业物资供应管理存在的问题,如物资供应管理缺乏系统性、物资需求预测不准确、供应商管理不规范以及物资库存管理不善。最后,针对这些问题,提出了构建系统化物资供应管理体系、提高物资需求预测准确性、加强供应商管理和优化物资库存管理等策略。
This article first introduces the connotation of green supply chain and its important role in material supply management,including implementing environmental protection concepts,promoting supply chain collaboration,driving technological innovation,and enhancing corporate image.Next,it analyzes the current problems in material supply management in the coal industry,such as a lack of systematic material supply management,inaccurate material demand forecasting,non-standard supplier management,and poor material inventory management.In response to these issues,some strategies are proposed,such as building a systematic material supply management system,improving the accuracy of material demand forecasting,strengthening supplier management,and optimizing material inventory management.
