煤炭供应链特有的复杂属性,使得煤炭供应链存在巨大的潜在风险。文章给出了煤炭供应链的运作模式,分析了煤炭行业风险的来源,并提出了煤炭供应链风险管控措施。
The coal supply chain has huge potential risk combining with it＇s inherent complexity properties. This article presents the operation model of coal supply chain, analyzes the rootstock of risk to the coal industry and proposes the measures to control the risk of coal supply chain.
