摘要
介绍了管式炉法测定油品中硫含量的方法,总结了分析过程中可能影响测定准确度的多种因素,具体包括油品性质、胺基、金属元素、试剂批次、电炉行程时间、空气流量以及系统气密性等。针对这些影响因素,提出了相应的优化措施和建议,能够有效提高测定结果的准确度。
This paper introduces the method for determining sulfur content in oil products by the tube furnace method,and summarizes various factors that may affect the determination accuracy during the analysis process,such as oil properties,amino groups,metal elements,reagent batches,electric furnace travel time,air flow rate,and system airtightness,etc.Aiming at these influencing factors,optionization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which can effectively improve the accuracy of measarement results.
