摘要
本文介绍了能量色散Ｘ射线荧光光谱法测定石油产品中硫含量的简单原理和实验结果。结果表明，该方法不仅快速、简便，而且准确度和精密度较好。适用于测定包括石脑油、中间馏分油、燃料油、渣油、润滑油基础油和无铅汽油在内的碳氢化合物中的硫含量。浓度范围从０．０１ｗ％到５ｗ％。
The principle and experimental results of the method for determining sulfur contentsin petroleum products by Lab-X3000 energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry are presented. Theresults showed that the determination was not only rapid and simple but also accurate and precise. Themethod was applicable to hydrocarbons, such as naphtha, distillate, fuel oil, residual oil, lube base oil andunleaded gasoline, with sulfur concentrations ranging from 0. 01 w% to 5 w%.
