摘要
球团矿抗压强度是评价其冶金性能的重要指标,直接影响高炉冶炼的稳定性与效率。然而,在测定过程中,多种因素可能导致测试结果的偏差。本文从设备、操作、样品选择与处理、加载速度的控制等多方面探讨影响测定准确度的关键因素,并提出改进建议,有利于得到稳定、可靠的检测数据,以平衡操作可行性和数据可靠性。
The compressive strength of iron ore pellets is a critical indicator for evaluating their metal-lurgical properties,directly impacting the stability and efficiency of blast furnace smelting.However,various factors during the testing process may lead to deviations in measurement results.This paper investigates key factors affecting measurement accuracy from multiple aspects,including equipment,operational procedures,sample selection and preparation,and loading rate control.Improvement rec-ommendations are proposed to ensure stable and reliable test data,balancing operational feasibility with data reliability.
