摘要
深入分析螺杆式空压机出现冰堵的部位及其原因,涵盖后处理设备流道、油气分离器下游管路、冷干机蒸发器翅片、储气罐底部排水口以及管路弯头和阀门密封面等关键区域。研究表明,冰堵的形成通常与制冷剂充注过量、油水分离不彻底、蒸发器换热效率下降及环境温度影响等因素密切相关。针对冰堵问题,提出一系列预防措施,包括蒸发器运行参数调控、油气分离效能强化、冷干机蒸发器换热效能提升、储气罐排水系统防冻优化以及管路弯头和阀门密封防护强化等。这些措施的应用能够降低冰堵发生的风险,提高螺杆式空压机的运行效率和可靠性。
An in-depth analysis is conducted on the locations and causes of ice blockage in screw air compressors,covering key areas such as the flow channels of the post-treatment equipment,the downstream pipelines of the oil-gas separator,the fins of the evaporator in the refrigerated dryer,the bottom drainage ports of the air storage tank,as well as the elbows of the pipelines and the sealing surfaces of the valves.Studies show that the formation of ice blockage is usually closely related to factors such as excessive refrigerant charging,incomplete oil-water separation,decreased heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator,and the influence of environmental temperature.A series of preventive measures have been proposed for the problem of ice blockage,including the regulation of evaporator operation parameters,the enhancement of oil and gas separation efficiency,the improvement of heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator in the refrigerated dryer,the optimization of anti-freezing for the drainage system of the gas storage tank,and the strengthening of sealing protection for pipeline elbows and valves.The application of these measures can reduce the risk of ice blockage and improve the operational efficiency and reliability of screw air compressors.
