摘要
报废光伏组件作为光伏产业快速发展的副产物,其数量在急剧上升,对环境构成了潜在威胁。这些组件含有重金属和氟化物等有害物质,若处理不当,会污染土壤、水体和空气,破坏生态平衡。当前,报废光伏组件的处置技术包括机械法、热解法和化学法,但这些方法均面临着材料分离不彻底、经济性差和二次污染等挑战。因此,需从政策、技术和市场层面优化处置策略,如制定专项法规、研发绿色工艺和建立回收基金池等,从而实现报废光伏组件的有效处置和资源的循环利用,为光伏产业可持续发展和环境保护贡献力量。
Scrapped photovoltaic modules,as a by-product of the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry,have seen a sharp increase in quantity,posing a potential threat to the environment.These components contain harmful substances such as heavy metals andfluorides.If not handled properly,they will pollute the soil,water bodies and air,and disrupt the ecological balance.At present,the disposal technologies for scrapped photovoltaic modules include mechanical methods,pyrolysis methods and chemical methods.However,all these methods are confronted with challenges such as incomplete material separation,poor economy and secondary pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the disposal strategies from the policy,technology and market levels,such as formulating special regulations,developing green processes and establishing a recycling fund pool,etc.,so as to achieve the effective disposal of scrapped photovoltaic modules and the recycling of resources,and contribute to the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry and environmental protection.
