摘要
为了解决螺杆式空压机在低温、高湿条件下出现排气冰堵的难题,通过对故障现象分析和理论研究,确定了产生冰堵的主要原因,针对性地提出了压缩空气冷却气路优化和压缩空气后处理气路优化的方案。根据实际应用表明:优化后能够彻底解决螺杆式空压机在工作时的冰堵问题,显著提升了螺杆式空压机的运行稳定性和可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of exhaust ice blockage in screw air compressors under low temperature and high humidity conditions,the core cause of ice blockage was determined through analysis of fault phenomena and theoretical research.Targeted solutions were proposed to optimize the compressed air cooling air circuit and the compressed air post-treatment air circuit.According to practical applications,optimization can completely solve the ice blockage problem of screw air compressors during operation,significantly improving the operational stability and reliability of screw air compressors.
