高素质职业外语应用型人才培养模式探究:内涵、意义与路径

摘要 依据职业外语人才培养的“育人性”和“职业性”,结合职业教育领域“素质教育”的定义,明确了高素质职业外语应用型人才培养模式的内涵;基于学情分析和社会需求调查,结合《高等职业教育专科英语课程标准》(2021年版),构建了突出“职业能力”和“关键能力”的职业外语学科核心素养框架,确立了符合学习需求和社会需求的职业外语应用型人才培养目标;聚焦课程组织与实施过程,将外语学科核心素养贯穿于课程与教学动态运行的全过程,实现高素质职业外语应用型人才培养在课堂的创新应用;借鉴国际职业教育质量评价标准ISO29990,融合学业水平、知识迁移、能力水平、教师教学、师资资源、组织管理等维度,构建了关注“学习能力”和“学习服务能力”的职业外语应用型人才培养质量评价体系。 This study clarifies the connotation of cultivating high-quality vocational foreign language application-oriented talents by integrating the dual nature of"educational"and"vocational"characteristics in talent development with the concept of"quality education"in vocational education.Through academic analysis and social needs surveys,combined with the English Curriculum Standards for Higher Vocational Education(2021 Edition),we have established a vocational foreign language literacy framework emphasizing"professional competence"and"key competencies".This framework aligns talent cultivation objectives with both educational requirements and societal demands.Implementing the core literacy concepts throughout curriculum implementation,we have achieved innovative applications in classroom practices for cultivating vocational foreign language professionals.Adhering to the ISO 29990 international vocational education quality standards,this research develops a comprehensive quality evaluation system that incorporates academic performance,knowledge transfer,instructional capacity,faculty resources,and organizational management,with particular focus on"learning capability"and"learning service competence".
