潘懋元先生作为我国高等教育学科的开拓者和奠基人,对高等职业教育的发展前景抱有深切的关注,潘先生高等职业教育思想的独特建树主要体现在他对高等职业教育服务社会的价值认知,对高等职业教育的类型属性、办学与育人目标的精准定位,以及对高等职业教育独立体系构建的远见卓识。潘先生高等职业教育的思想精髓不仅在当时具有前瞻性,对于推动当下高等职业教育的改革与发展仍然具有不可估量的影响和指导作用。
As the pioneer and founder of higher education in China,Mr.Pan Maoyuan is deeply concerned about the development prospect of higher vocational education.The distinctive contributions of Mr.Pan's thought on higher vocational education are mainly reflected in his cognition of the value of higher vocational education serving the society,his precise positioning of the types and attributes of higher vocational education,the goal of running a school and educating people,and the vision of the independent system of higher vocational education.The essence of Mr.Pan's thought of higher vocational education is not only forward-looking at that time,but also has immeasurable influence and guiding effect on promoting the reform and development of higher vocational education at present.
