摘要
人工智能发展为学校的形态变革带来机遇和挑战,人工智能赋能智慧校园建设应成为我国智能教育发展不可忽视的现实议题。文章对智慧校园的发展历程做出了解读,发现智慧校园建设存在个性化教学活力不足、教育决策及服务成效较低、校园生活服务人本化程度不高等现实困境。在发展历程及困境分析的基础上,阐明了人工智能在智慧校园建设中的应用优势。在明确人工智能场域下智慧校园的主体关系和主体需求的基础上,以"用户服务为先,数据为关键,设施为基础,规范为墙"为准则,设计了由基础设施层、数据平台层、应用服务层、技术规范层四个层面组成的人工智能时代智慧校园的建设框架,提出人工智能场域下智慧校园建设的关键路径:创设泛在互联型的智能教育环境;搭建师生本位的智能教育资源及决策服务平台;统筹构建智能教育大数据的治理体系;优化智能技术监管机制及伦理规范体系。
The development of artificial intelligence brings both opportunities and challenges to school reform.The construction of intelligent campus based on artificial intelligence should be a real issue that can not be ignored in the development of intelligent education in China.This paper interprets the development process of smart campus.It is found that there are some difficulties in the construction of smart campus,such as the lack of personalized teaching vitality,the low efficiency of educational decision-making and service,and the low level of humanization of campus life service.Based on the analysis of the development process and difficulties,this paper expounds the application advantages of artificial intelligence in the construction of intelligent campus.On the basis of clarifying the subject relationship and needs of intelligent campus in the field of artificial intelligence,the paper concludes guidelines to smart campus construction as“customer service as the first,data as the key,facilities as the foundation,and specifications as the wall”.The Framework to construct smart campus in the era of AI consists of the infrastructure layer,data platform layer,application service layer and technology regulation layer.This paper puts forward the critical path of intelligent campus construction in the field of artificial intelligence:Create a ubiquitous and interconnected intelligent education environment;Build a teacher-student-centered intelligent education resources and decision-making service platform;Build the governance system of big data of intelligent education as a whole;Optimize the supervision mechanism and ethics system of intelligent technology.
