摘要
城市化进程加速的时代,“大都市,强农业”理念应运而生,促使农业向多元化、专业化、现代化转变。在此背景下,草业花卉研究领域作为农业重要组成部分,其高质量发展意义重大。文章以北京市农林科学院草业花卉与景观生态研究所为例,深入剖析该领域在当下的发展态势,并通过阐述研究背景,明确草业花卉与景观生态学科高质量发展的必要性,梳理北京市农林科学院在该领域的发展实践,分析面临的突出问题与挑战,提出“聚焦主责主业,提升创新效能”“聚焦人才培养,推动人才强院”“积极‘走出去’,树立‘大开放格局’”等发展建议,旨在为草业花卉领域的持续进步提供理论支持与实践参考,助力其在新时代实现高质量发展。
In the era of accelerated urbanization,the concept of"Metropolis,Strong Agriculture"has emerged,promoting the transformation of agriculture towards diversification,specialization,and modernization.In this context,the field of grass and flower research,as an important component of agriculture,is of great significance for high-quality development.This article took the Institute of Grassland,Flower and Ecology,Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,deeply analyzed the current development trend in this field,and by elaborating on the research background,clarified the necessity of high-quality development in the discipline of grass industry,floriculture,and landscape ecology.It also reviewed the development practices of Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences in this field,analyzed the prominent issues and challenges,and proposes development suggestions such as"focusing on primary responsibilities and business,enhancing innovation efficiency","focusing on talent cultivation,promoting a strong academy through talent",and"actively′going out′establishing a′large open pattern′".The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the continuous progress in the field of grass industry and floriculture,and to assist in achieving high-quality development in the new era.
