摘要
针对核电厂薄壁奥氏体不锈钢焊缝体积检测需求,牵头形成了一套包括理论和仿真研究、探头和系统装备、方法和工艺等的交流电磁场检测(ACFM)技术。对于系统设计的模拟试块进行射线检测(RT)和交流电磁场盲测对比试验,试验结果表明:ACFM系统稳定可靠,可高效实现薄壁不锈钢焊缝超标缺陷有效筛查;ACFM具有不低于RT的超标缺陷检出能力,效率提高超3倍;ACFM技术易对焊缝表面状态敏感,无法定性和精准定量。
To address the volumetric inspection requirements for thin-walled austenitic stainless steel welds in nuclear power plants,a comprehensive Alternating Current Field Measurement(ACFM)technology system was established,encompassing theoretical and simulation research,probe and system equipment,as well as methods and processes.This paper conducts a blind test comparison between Radiographic Testing(RT)and ACFM on a simulated test block for system design.The experimental results demonstrate that:The ACFM system operates stably and reliably,enabling efficient and effective screening of exceeding defects in thin-walled stainless steel welds;The ACFM exhibits defect detection capability exceeding to RT,with an efficiency improvement of over three times;ACFM technology is sensitive to weld surface state,and cannot provide qualitative or precise quantitative analysis.
