交流电磁场检测技术在油气管道检测中的应用研究现状

摘要 管道作为油气装备的重要组成部分,对于保障能源安全、促进经济发展具有重要作用。但其受施工作业条件及使用环境的影响,常会出现焊接缺陷及腐蚀、开裂和应力集中等缺陷,威胁油气装备的安全运行。交流电磁场检测(ACFM)作为近年来新兴的无损检测技术,具有高效、精确、适用范围广等优点而得到广泛应用。总结了国内外交流电磁场检测技术在管道本体缺陷、焊缝缺陷及管道应力检测等领域中的现状和最新研究进展,并对ACFM技术在未来管道检测中的发展方向进行了展望。 As an important part of oil and gas equipment,pipelines play an important role in ensuring energy security and promoting economic development.However,due to the influence of construction conditions and usage environment,welding defects,corrosion,cracking,stress concentration and other usage defects often occur,which threaten the safe operation of oil and gas equipment.As a new electromagnetic nondestructive testing technology in recent years,Alternating current field measurement(ACFM)technology has been widely used because of its high efficiency,accuracy and wide applicability.This paper summarized the current status and latest research progress of ACFM technology in the fields of pipeline body defects detection,weld defects detection,and pipeline stress detection at home and abroad,and gave a prospect in the development of ACFM technology applying for pipeline detection in future.
