基于交流电磁场检测(ACFM)的不锈钢焊缝缺陷层间检测技术研究

摘要 针对核电站建设中部分重要焊接结构无法实施常规射线检测(RT)的难题,提出采用交流电磁场检测(ACFM)技术对不锈钢焊缝进行层间在线检测。研发了一套包括检测设备和探头的ACFM系统和工艺,进行了分层焊缝缺陷的模拟仿真,设计了高灵敏度窄底探头以适应不锈钢焊缝层间检测的需求,并通过设计含有不同类型、尺寸和位置缺陷的模拟试块,进行了ACFM检测试验,试验结果表明,ACFM技术对试块中预设的81个超标缺陷(如直径≥1.2 mm的圆形缺陷)检出率为100%,无漏检;试验中出现的24个非相关显示(误报)经确认均由焊缝表面起伏或粗糙度过大引起,可通过观察表面状态予以排除。对不锈钢焊缝进行层间ACFM检测的研究为检测焊缝内部缺陷提供了新方法和新思路。 To address the challenge that certain critical welded structures in nuclear power plant construction cannot be inspected by conventional radiographic testing(RT),this study proposes the use of Alternating Current Field Measurement(ACFM)technology for inter-layer online inspection of stainless steel welds.An ACFM system and process were developed,including inspection equipment and probes.Simulation of layered weld defects was carried out,and a high‑sensitivity narrow‑base probe was designed to meet the requirements of inter‑layer inspection of stainless steel welds.By designing simulated test blocks containing defects of various types,sizes,and locations,ACFM inspection tests were conducted.The test results show that the ACFM technology achieved a 100%detection rate for the 81 preset unacceptable defects(e.g.,circular defects with diameters≥1.2 mm)in the test blocks,with no missed detections.The 24 non‑relevant indications(false calls)that occurred during the tests were confirmed to be caused by weld‑surface undulations or excessive roughness,and could be eliminated by examining the surface condition.The research on inter‑layer ACFM inspection of stainless steel welds provides a new method and innovative approach for detecting internal weld defects.
