高职小学教育专业实践教学改革策略与实践成效

Reform Strategies and Practical Effects of Practical Teaching in Vocational Primary Education Majors

摘要 随着社会经济的蓬勃发展与人才市场需求的不断升级,高职教育体系中小学教育专业的实践教学革新已成为提升教育质量、培育契合时代发展需求的高素质教育人才的关键举措。为积极响应时代对小学教育专业建设的要求,该专业的实践教学体系亟须从多维度、深层次进行改革,以强化学生的实践操作能力,加速其实践经验的积累与成长,为其未来的职业生涯奠定坚实基础,进而向小学教育事业输送更多高质量、专业化的师资力量。 With the vigorous development of the social economy and the continuous upgrading of talent market demand,the practical teaching reform of primary and secondary education majors in the vocational education system has become a key measure to improve the quality of education and cultivate high-quality educational talents that meet the needs of the times development.In order to actively respond to the requirements of the times for the construction of primary education majors,the practical teaching system of this major urgently needs to be reformed from multiple dimensions and deep levels,in order to strengthen students'practical operation ability,accelerate their accumulation and growth of practical experience,lay a solid foundation for their future career,and then provide more high-quality and professional teaching staff to the primary education cause.
