摘要
工匠精神是一种强调精益求精、追求卓越以及热爱专业的精神理念,与职业教育的人才培养目标一致。目前,产教融合已成为高职院校推动教育教学工作的重要发展趋势。该文探讨了产教融合视域下高职院校学生工匠精神教育的必要性,分析了教育现状,最后提出了实践路径,期望以此提升高职教育人才培养质量,培养出更多适应时代发展、符合企业用人需求的高素质职业技术技能人才。
The spirit of craftsmanship is a spiritual concept that emphasizes excellence,pursuit of excellence,and love for the profession,which is consistent with the talent cultivation goals of vocational education.At present,the integration of industry and education has become an important development trend for vocational colleges to promote education and teaching work.This article explores the necessity of vocational college students'craftsmanship education from the perspective of industry education integration,analyzes the current situation of education,and finally proposes a practical path,hoping to improve the quality of vocational education talent cultivation and cultivate more high-quality vocational and technical skills talents that adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of enterprise employment.
