摘要
变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)是一种常见的鼻部炎症性疾病, 临床表现为鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒等症状, 严重影响患者生活质量。中医将变应性鼻炎的病机归为本虚标实, 风邪、浊毒、内生痰湿及体质偏颇均可导致变应性鼻炎的发生。研究已经证实中医药在变应性鼻炎的治疗中发挥着关键作用。研究发现中医药可以通过调控辅助性T细胞(helper T cell, Th)1/Th2的平衡, Th17/调节性T细胞(regulatory T-cell, Treg)的平衡, 降低核转录因子-κB表达从而影响AR。最后从中药联合西药和针灸两个方面, 阐述中医药治疗AR的临床研究进展。
Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a common inflammatory disease of the nose,with clinical manifestations of nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal itching and other symptoms,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classifies the pathomechanism of AR as the underlying deficiency,and wind,turbid toxin,endogenous phlegm-dampness and body bias can all lead to the occurrence of AR.Studies have confirmed that TCM plays a key role in the treatment of AR.It was found that TCM can affect AR by regulating the balance of helper T cell(Th)1/Th2,Th17/regulatory T-cell(Treg),and decreasing the expression of nuclear transcription factor-κB.Finally,the progress of clinical research on the treatment of AR by TCM in combination with western medicines,and acupuncture is described.
