针刺翼腭神经节疗法治疗变应性鼻炎 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察针刺翼腭神经节疗法治疗变应性鼻炎方面的临床疗效。方法通过随机分组将研究对象分为针刺治疗组和药物对照组,各36例。治疗组采用针刺翼腭神经节的治疗方法,对照组采用口服枸地氯雷他定。连续治疗4周后,观察2组的临床疗效结果与治疗前后RQLQ评分情况。结果在总有效率方面,针刺治疗组与药物对照组分别为94.44%、72.3%,2组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后RQLQ评分均降低,与治疗前比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),针刺治疗组治疗后积分低于药物对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺翼腭神经节治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效确切,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on pterygopalatine ganglion in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture treatment of pterygopalatine ganglion, the control group was treated with desloratadineral orally. The clinical efficacy and changes of the RQLQ scores were observed and compared between the two groups after continuous treatment for 4 weeks. Results In terms of total effective rate, the treatment group and the control group were 9 4 .44% and 72.3% respectively. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of RQLQ score, the scores of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture of pterygopalatine ganglion is clinically accurate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and is worth popularizing.
