摘要
高校教师师德建设对于我国高等教育发展和社会文明建设具有极其重要的意义。文章针对师德师风评价机制中的评价理念、指标设立、结果应用等方面的不足,通过对某高校教师群体进行抽样调研,从理论知识贯宣、政策落实情况、评价指标设置、负面评价结果应用、评价要素设立、整体现状分析、评价体系改进等方面以被评价对象视角进行分析研究,从加强教育培训、完善评价监督体系、畅通反馈保障机制、加强正面激励等方面提出具体改善措施。
The construction of moral integrity among college teachers is a soul project for the higher education sector,holding immense practical significance and strategic value for the long-term development of China's higher education and the advancement of social civilization.This paper addresses inadequacies in the evaluation mechanism of teacher ethics and demeanor,encompassing evaluation philosophy,indicator establishment,and result application.Through a sample survey of a specific college faculty,an analysis is conducted from the perspective of the evaluated subjects,encompassing theoretical knowledge dissemination,policy implementation status,indicator configuration,negative evaluation result utilization,establishment of evaluation elements,overall situation analysis,and improvement of the evaluation system.Concrete improvement measures are proposed,including strengthening education and training,perfecting the evaluation and supervision system,ensuring feedback channels,and enhancing positive incentives,with the aim of enhancing the scientific rigor and practical effectiveness of evaluations.
