摘要
回答“教育强国,首都何为”时代课题,北京提出了全面建成教育强国首善之区战略目标任务。它既是北京立足历史文化名城实际和国家首都城市战略定位,切实贯彻“两个结合”思想的体现,也是落实教育强国建设区域推进战略,以更大的紧迫性率先在全国实现高水平教育现代化,努力在我国建设具有全球影响力的重要教育中心进程中发挥引领示范作用的战略选择,对加快形成充满活力的中国特色社会主义教育强国的战略版图具有重要意义。
In response to the question of"what is the role of national capital of an education powerhouse"in the new era,Beijing has put forward a strategic goal of building the exemplary national capital of an education powerhouse in an all-round way.It manifests Beijing′s positioning as a historical and cultural city and a national capital city,and the city′s implementation of the Thought of"Two Combinations".It is also Beijing′s strategic approach to promote the regional advance strategy of building an education powerhouse,take the lead in achieving high-level education modernization nationwide,and strives to play a leading and exemplary role in building a world-renowned education center in China.It is of great significance for shaping a strategic blueprint of a socialist education powerhouse with Chinese characteristics.
