中小学教材建设的质量之维与实践理路

Quality Dimension and Practical Approach in the Development of Primary and Secondary School Textbook System

摘要 高质量教材体系是教育强国建设的重要支撑,应从政治质量、学科质量、教学质量与物理质量维度探索教材建设的专业基准,提升教材在内容、结构、呈现方式及编印规范方面的质量水平。为推进中小学教材高质量建设,应立足育人导向,把握教材质量维度的内在统一性;结合学科学段特征,增强教材编写的差异性与创新性;完善管理制度,建构教材质量的保障机制。 A high-quality textbook system serves as a crucial foundation for building a strong education nation.Professional standards for textbook development should be explored through the dimensions of political,academic,pedagogical,and physical quality respectively,thereby enhancing the quality of content,structure,presentation methods,and publication standards.To promote high-quality development of primary and secondary school textbooks,efforts should be put on educational orientation while maintaining the inherent unity of quality dimensions;adapt to subject and grade-level characteristics to enhance differentiation and innovation in textbook compilation;and improve management systems to establish quality assurance mechanisms for textbooks.
