摘要
目的:探析卫生健康事业高质量发展的基本内涵、趋势挑战,并探索其实践路径。方法:运用文献资料等研究方法,通过明确发展维度(公平、效率、可持续性),分析从规模总量到质量效率、资源均衡配置、外部环境适应及健康中心模式转变的挑战,系统阐述卫生健康事业高质量发展的内涵与挑战。结果:揭示了卫生健康事业在提升服务质量和效率、实现资源均衡配置、构建高适应性服务体系及全面建立新的改革发展机制等方面面临的现实挑战。结论:提出坚持以人民健康为中心、激发改革创新、秉持可持续发展理念等实践路径,为推动卫生健康事业持续、稳定、高质量发展提供理论支撑和策略导向。
Objective To analyze the basic connotation and trend challenges of high-quality development of health and wellness,and explore its practical path.Methods Methods as literature analysis were used to systematically elaborate the connotation and challenges of high-quality development of health and health undertakings by clarifying the dimensions of development(fairness,efficiency,and sustainability),analyzing the challenges from the total scale to the quality and efficiency,balanced allocation of resources,adaptation of the external environment,and transformation of the health center model.Results The realistic challenges faced by the health and wellness cause in improving service quality and efficiency,realizing balanced allocation of resources,constructing a highly adaptable service system and comprehensively establishing a new reform and development mechanism has been revealed.Conclusion It is suggested to implement the practical paths of sticking to the peoples health as the center,stimulating reform and innovation,and adhering to the concept of sustainable development,which can provide theoretical support and strategic guidance for the promotion of sustained,stable,and high-quality development of health undertakings.
