摘要
某1000 MW机组汽动引风机在运行过程中振动发生波动,通过频谱分析,准确识别了一起轴承损坏故障,设备停运后检查结果与诊断完全一致。更换轴承后设备启动,分别在空心轴侧和风轮侧配重,有效降低了减速机低速端轴振和引风机侧振动。机组并网后该引风机振动再次发生了异常,通过频谱分析,确认为系统连接刚度不足所致。设备停运后检查,发现对轮螺栓存在松动现象,紧固螺栓后启动,引风机及减速机振动均恢复至动平衡后水平。
The vibration of the steam driven induced draft fan(IDF)of a 1000MW unit fluctuated during operation.Through spectrum analysis,a bearing damage fault was accurately identified.After the equipment was shut down,the inspection results were completely consistent with the diagnosis.After replacing the bearings,the equipment was started and weighted on the hollow shaft side and the wind turbine side,effectively reducing the low-speed end shaft vibration of the reducer and the induced draft fan side vibration.After the unit was connected to the grid,the vibration of the induced draft fan was abnormal again.Through spectrum analysis,it was confirmed that it was caused by insufficient system connection stiffness.After the equipment was shut down and inspected,it was found that there was looseness in the wheel bolts.After tightening the bolts,it was started,and the vibration of the induced draft fan and reducer returned to the level after dynamic balance.
