1000 MW机组低温省煤器入口烟道流场数值模拟优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 某1000 MW机组自运行以来存在低温省煤器磨损、腐蚀、换热面积不足等问题。改善低温省煤器区域烟气的均匀性是保证其安全高效运行的关键点。结合低温省煤器增容改造工程,在设计阶段针对上述问题采用CFD数值模拟技术对烟气流场进行优化试验,通过在低温省煤器B的入口水平烟道布置导流板,将其入口截面流场不均匀度从22.1%降低至15.13%。应用于实际工程并取得了理想效果,有效地解决了烟道转向布置引起的流场不均问题。 A 1000MW unit has problems such as low temperature economizer wear,corrosion,insufficient heat exchange area,etc.since its operation.Improving the uniformity of flue gas in the low temperature economizer area is the key factor to ensure its safe and efficient operation.In combination with the capacity expansion and reconstruction project of lowtemperature economizer,CFD numerical simulation technology was used to optimize the flue gas flow field in the design stage in response to the above problems.By arranging deflectors at the inlet horizontal flue of low-temperature economizer B,the non-uniformity of the flow field at the inlet section was reduced from 22.1%to 15.13%.It has been applied to practical projects and achieved ideal results,effectively solving the problem of uneven flow field caused by flue diversion arrangement.
